Don't unplug the machine that's creating revenue.
Hi ,
A contractor asked:
“Should I bring system in-house and fire my agency?”
My answer:
If you’re sure you can maintain the results.
Too many contractors make the same mistake.
They finally find a system that works...
Then try to replace it to conserve the management fee.
What they forget is this:
The agency fee isn’t the real issue.
Lost lead is.
If a working machine is generating a 4x, 5x, or 8x return, why would you shut it down before you’ve built a proven replacement?
The smarter move:
Keep what’s working.
Build your internal team alongside it.
Let them learn the systems, numbers, and processes.
Then decide if bringing it in-house makes sense.
Most companies do the opposite.
They unplug the machine that’s producing revenue...
And spend the next year trying to rebuild what they already had.
Don’t confuse “cheaper” with “better.”
If it’s working, protect it first.
Then improve it.
If you’re ready to replace chaos with systems, let’s talk.
Best regards,
